New Hamburg Train Station and Tunnel
This is the original train station at the Main Street crossing in New Hamburg. The tunnel goes under the Division Street bridge.
In 1930-1931, a cut was made through the New Hamburg dolomite just to the left of the tunnel to allow for four tracks instead of two.

Akin's Pharmacy, Cor. Main St. and R.R. Ave., New Hamburgh on Hudson, N.Y.
Looking west down Main St.  Stone St. comes in on the right at the next block.
The distinctive steeple of the Presbyterian church rises above the pharmacy.
Even though the caption says "Akin's Pharmacy" the awning clearly still says "Jepson's Pharmacy."

Jepson's Pharmacy
This is the same building as "Akin's Pharmacy" above, but from an earlier year.
Note the absence of both the Presbyterian church steeple and the electric power lines.
The Presbyterian church was moved to its location behind the pharmacy in 1845.
